A Memorable Family Escape

We had a fantastic stay, soaking up the local culture! Loved the spacious apartment with a cozy balcony. The pool area was a perfect retreat after our beach days. Don't miss the delicious grilled sandwiches from the grocery store nearby, a hidden gem for tasty snacks!

Great location for morning walks.

During my stay, the noise from loud music was unbearable at night, disrupting my sleep. The room lacked necessary amenities, and the Wi-Fi was not working at all, forcing me to use my mobile data. I expected a more comfortable stay, but the overall experience fell short of my expectations.

I had a lovely stay for three nights where I enjoyed the peaceful garden and the refreshing pool. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a delightful way to start each morning. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but overall it was a great experience! 😊

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay very pleasant. However,

the room itself was outdated and could use some refurbishment. While I appreciated the helpfulness of the personnel, the noisy environment from the street did impact our sleep at times.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Dominican Republic National Aquarium and the stunning Three Eyes National Park, both just a short drive away. The resort has a nice pool and is perfect for group stays. Keep in mind that the internet can be spotty, but the price you pay makes it worthwhile.

The hotel offered beauty services like massages, and the restaurant served delicious meals with fresh ingredients. Some minor issues with Wi-Fi connectivity were noted.

The overall ambiance feels dated, with a décor stuck in past decades that could use a serious overhaul. Kitchen facilities lack proper utensils for cooking, and the absence of operating amenities like the Jacuzzi and ping-pong table is a letdown. Also, bringing visitors incurs extra charges for pool access, which seems excessive.

Improve Wi-Fi access for better connectivity.

The room wasn't great. I had to walk to the top floor with my baby and there was no elevator. It was super hot, and only the bedroom had decent AC. I got moved to another room but it was just as bad. The location felt far from the main area. Comfort was lacking, and the service was poor all around. The internet didn't work, and I had to go to the pool area to make calls—it was a hassle with a 16-month-old! Honestly, I was really disappointed this time.

The hot water was excellent, and the staff was friendly throughout my stay. The grounds had nice trees and a pool area that felt tranquil, perfect for relaxing. However, the neighborhood felt a bit rough, and noise from the street made daytime naps challenging. There were also issues with traffic sounds during the day, which were disruptive. Overall, I felt it was decent accommodation for the price I paid, but it needs updating and a quieter environment.
